The following report walks through a semester long project of changing the heating and power system of the Michigan Food Court. This report shows the analysis of the use and implementation of a CHP unit to the building in order to save the owner money from the previous system. 

Along with a mechanical analysis of the building, various breadth studies of the building include a daylighting, acoustics, and environmental study. All studies integrate with the overall design goals to save the owner money and to apply the CHP to the building for use.
